| Sewer User Charges |
|
For the use of said sewer system each consumer shall pay a monthly charge in accordance with the following schedule: Single family residential consumers, including frame houses, trailer homes, mobile homes, and apartments (per apartment), shall pay a flat rate of $6.00 per month. Small industry and commercial users shall pay a minimum$6.00 per month and all other commercial and industrial users shall pay according to the appropriate multiplier or formula. Industrial charges are in addition to charges associated with Industrial Coast Recovery and Industrial Rate as set forth in Section 4 herein. The following table shall be used for commercial multipliers.

Monthly customer charge of $7.00 per month.
Water service shall be billed at $.60 per 1.000 gallons used per month.

| Solid Waste Rates |
|
Section 1. Customers of the Village of Arnold will be charged a monthly customer charge for trash collection.
Customer Charge - three cents a pound per month for eash residence and/or business. Customer charge is based on random sample weights. $12.00 per month minimum for each residence and/or business.

Section 2. Anyone using the Solid Waste Transfer/Recycling Station will be charged three centts a pound tipping fee. If scall weights are unavailabel the Village operator at the facility has the authority to determine the appropriate charges. *THERE WILL BE A $3.00 MINIMUM CHARGE PER LOAD.

Section 4. There will be no additional fees for customers who deliver the following presorted items to the proper location. *Tree branches or untreated lumber to the specific burm piles. *Leaves, garden produce, grass clipping, etc. to the compost pile. *Other presorted items that the Village is acceptign at that time for re-use or recycling.
